Vegan Snacks: What I've Been Munching On

I'm not the healthiest vegan out there, I admit; I love my snacks and I have a select few I want to share with you. We aren't all avocado's and quinoa, believe it or not and we enjoy pigging out as much as the next guy.
Disclaimer: these snacks are all from The UK and may not be vegan in your country. Please do check the packaging always.

Sainsbury's Bacon Crispies.

I love these SO much! They give me major nostalgia of eating Frazzles (which I believe are unfortunately not vegan) at my Nan and Grandad's house when I was little. Weirdly, they have quite a meat-like taste which blows my mind that they're vegetarian let alone vegan! Pick these up if you have a little craving for bacon, you won't regret it.

Bear Yo Yo's.
I only discovered these wonderful healthy sweets last summer. They're completely natural and the only ingredient in them is fruit. Yo Yo's are fruit roll ups, or fruit leather if you will, they're perfect for your children's lunchbox or a party and the satisfaction of knowing they're not harming your body is a great feeling.

Sainsbury's Chicken Noodles.
You need to be careful with these as not all chicken noodles are suitable for vegans, but they may be labelled suitable for vegetarians. However, Sainsbury's own brand, including their basic chicken noodles are suitable for vegans. When I found these I was honestly ecstatic it was sad, I used to love eating Super Noodles before I was vegan so finding an alternative has really changed the game! Who knew?

Co-op Doughnuts. (Jam and Custard)
My mind honestly blew when I found out these were suitable for vegans. I miss jam doughnuts and never thought I'd be able to eat them again unless I made them myself but to my surprise Co-op came through! Absolute babes.

Enjoy Life Cookies.
These cookies are absolutely perfect for anyone who is vegan or has allergies. They are free from Gluten, Peanut, Soy, Wheat, Tree Nut, Fish, Dairy, Egg, Shellfish, Casein, Sesame, Sulphites, Potato. My boyfriend and I are very thankful for these as I'm vegan and he is allergic to nuts; sometimes it is hard for us to find snacks we can both eat.
Side note: I like heating these up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Try it.

Sainsbury's Fizzy Flying Saucers.
A blast from the past! Flying Saucers remind me of Primary school discos and I'm so glad they're vegan. I'm not entirely sure if all brands are vegan so be sure to check the packet.

Lotus Original Caramelised Biscuits.
Lotus biscuits are another one from my childhood. My Auntie has a hair salon and used to give these to me while I was getting my hair done. Thankfully, I found out these were vegan a month into my journey! The spread is also vegan and AMAZING, I like to spread it on toast or eat it straight out of the jar but we'll just pretend I never said the latter.

Skittles.
Yes, they're vegan. How amazing. Skittles have always been my favourite cinema snack growing up. They're perfect and no animals were harmed in the making of them. Brilliant.

Oreos.
I think most people know that Oreos are vegan by now, but if you don't; welcome! The fact they are vegan blows my mind as they don't look like they would be (by having a cream filling etc) but we're all in luck! Yay veganism!

Be kind to animals and go vegan.

Please leave a comment if you have any suggestions for future blog posts I am also happy to answer any questions about veganism you may have.
